Who would win?? the tl is automatic too, and it has 225 HP and 215 torque...??

 

Let's be precise...high 6s to 7 flat. Mid 6s suggests, well, 6.5, which is fast.

The new TL is fast for an auto, too.

 

My mom looked at a 2000 TL and i went with her. I read all about it. It will maybe run a sub 7 0-60 if you use the sport shift just right. Look for low 7's from most people, which will still beat a stock auto Max but not a 5spd.

Those Acuras are nice cars. Test drove one and its faster than it feels unlike the Max which to me feels faster than it is... LIke I said-doesn't feel that fast to me but then again I was manually downshifting it on the hwy and it annoys me that I had a hard time getting into the powerband I wanted when I wanted... I like manuals so I saved 10K and bought a 99 SEL 5 speed.
