The side skirts on the last kit I did required a lot of grinding to make them fit right. Screws are required to hold it in place and two face tape keeps it tight against the car. It's not easy to get the sides to fit really tight.

Good luck with it!

Grinding where? Like where the door shuts on the bottom?

How did/CAN i mount the front.? I was thinking about boltin it on but im so scared of messing it up. I was thinking like 2 bolts on each side, on the inside where the center little plastic bars are.

any ideas?

Inside at each corner so it fits snug onto the edge of the car. The sills weren't a problem. I think we put one screw in each side and 3 on the bottom of the side skirts. Two faced tape all along the inside so it sticks to the bottom of the door openings.

Use your imagination. You will need one screw at each end and perhaps one or two on the bottom to hold it up. Again, use the two faced tape to hold everything snugly onto the bumper.

get 3M double-sided tape. don't use the white stuff that comes w/ the kit. I used that and it was coming loose within weeks.

I found another 3M product called Heavy Duty Attachment Adhesive that seems like it would be stronger and more durable than the Double Stick Mounting Tape. Link Will it be better to use for installation? Or will the Mounting Tape be sufficient?

Front lip: I used 3M tape straight across the front of the lip and strips inside the slots that fit into thew bottom of the bumper. Then I put 2 screws in each wheel well, where the lip tucks in. It is prety snug. It's been a year and it's still on.
sides: I used 3M tape along the top(where it tucks into the doors). Then two screws in each wheel well and three across the top and two into the bottom.
rear: I carefully put 4 screws in each one holding it tight to the bumper. I also used 3M tape across it.

I think both 3M products are the same material. I think that is just a sheet vs. strips.

I will try to take some pictures when I get a chance.
