My 99 Maxima 37K miles, last week the AC still work fine,but it now don't work at all. Before it stop working,the compressor turn on and off very often( very 50 second). I check the fuse,circuit they are all good,and I also belive the compressor,the clutch are good,because when I take the relay out and use jumper wire to conect power for compressor work,the compressor work good and I also got the cold air. My point is at the relay there is no negative power that why when I turn AC on the the relay don't work(when I take the relay out to test it,the relay working good). In what I think, when we turn on the AC,at the relay should have negative power for the relay working, and this negative power is control by ECU or ECM. Should the ECU die???? My Max is working fine, except A/C. Anyone who have the same problem or know about that, help me out please!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you add any R-134a to it recently? If so, it may be overcharged.
