i like the clean look

but to finish it, i would get the bodywork done to shave the keyhole. its really easy to remove the emblems, just take a heat gun and blast em. if you want them completely off and never use them again heat until they warp off, if you want the letters, heat and use dental floss.

I did it

and now I am putting it back on. I think the trunk looks like it has something missing and that keyhole ruins everything in my opinion of course. I just got the titanium letters from the SEL. I will see how those look.

Shave 'em!

I shaved mine right away. I even shaved the trunk keyhole(and antenna)! I left the Nissan emblym on the front grill but painted it body color. No emblyms on the trunk looks so much cleaner (and adds a smidge of mystery).

If you must have emblyms, I'd paint them body color.

I don't have pictures here with me at work but e-mail me if you want some (ptatohed@netzero.net). Good luck!

hey kashoggio

i have clear spoiler light info. i have the dimensions on my site, but what i have found out to make it easy is that the light for the 95-96 and the 97-99 ar the same dimensions, but the difference is that the 95-96 has four tabs instead of three. i was told to get the one for the 95-96, break off the tabs and use 3m double sided tape to keep it in which should be more than enough, (light doesn't weigh much) i had a post a while back about clear spoiler lights but never went through with it because the company that was selling them was asking 40 something plus told me i would have to break off the four tabs... someone posted another site that sold clear spoiler replacements but i can't remember who. i remember contacting that company and they told me they only had the four tab 95-96 model, which i now know will work anyway...i'll do a search and find out some info. that site was selling their light for about 25 i think.
