What's the best intake

I am going to get an intake for my car and was wondering what the best one is. I've kinda been looking at the injen, comments are appreciated.

City driving (0-06)= cold air.
Highway driving (top end)= Hybrid/short ram.
I'd say pick one that suits your needs and buget. Ingen is a great choice, but it's not a true CAI (like it really matters). If you bought a PR style intake you could always switch to a short ram when ever you want, but you have to cut a hole.

All intakes perform the same. Even a slightly modded stock intake performs just as well. Take it from us who actually put these mods to the test at the track and dyno.

They're all the same...or at least so close to one another that they should be considered the same. Get the one that looks/sounds coolest (PRCAI )

Are they the same? I’m curious why anyone said CAIs have better low end responses.

They may have better low end response, but the difference won't be noticeable. Someone did a study on the temperature of the intake filter of all the different setups, and the CAI (not Injen) was often a few degrees colder, IIRC.

But even with this advantage, it's not enough of a difference to notice on a butt-dyno, IMO.
