blowing tail light bulbs

ok here's my story...about a month ago i installed the altezzas from custommaxima....96 gle....it came with that wire harness to put the bulbs in, but when i would put the harness in on the passenger side, everytime i would press the brake it would blow the fuse for all the brake lights....so i used the stock wires and with alot of duct tape stuck the bulbs in the lights.....but now i keep blowing the bulbs on the passenger side lights, once the outer light and 2 or 3 times the inner light....anyone know what would cause this? any help would be appreciated

oh yeah also theres a weird high pitched squeal coming from my passenger rear speaker and the speaker is very low, it is bose by the way...thanks anybody who could help me out on this

i forgot to mention that the high pitched squeal gets louder as i drive and press the gas...

check your voltage on ur bulbs, make sure it matches with stock spec. for your fuse, run stock spec's amps as well. if it continue to blow off, ur internal harness may died out.
