Problem with HID Please help

My driver side and passenger side HID bulbs both use to be the same color, but now one of them is changing color or getting dull. What is the problem with that? Is it the bulb or the Ballast? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

swap your bulbs (ie put passenger on drivers side and visa versa). if the bad color side changes, it's your bulb. if it stays on the same side, it's your balast, or some other wiring problem.
