Hey whatup. I went to my local bs-dealer.
They say "nope, aint got no oil pan gasket for ur maxima.

So lookin for alternative's he goes out to talk to the service department.
He come's back in and hands me this tube of Silicone Sealer -high temp crap. Its 23.00 for a Tube of stuff.

Is this all im working with? Just a tube of some sealers is actually going to hold my oil pan seal? And for the Next 100,000 miles b/c im not sellin my car ever, ever.

What do you think i should do?

That's all that's on there from the factory, and how many people to you hear complaining of leaking oil pans?

Nissan uses that sealant all over. Timing case (front and rear), upper and lower oil pans, you name it.

I don't know that you need Nissan's version, any RTV grey should work if I'm not mistaken.
