Hey fellas, I'm from the 5th gen forum but need some quick help. The starter for the 99 seems the same for the 2000 (same model number). Im going to the junkyard tommorrow and from previous visits have seen numerous 4th gens there(no offense). So i was wondering how i can tell a 99 from the rest of the th gens. I heard the bumpers were different but wasn't sure how they looked exactly. Thanks for your help.

 

97-99 look identical, 95-96 look differ
97-99 have clearheadlights like ur 5th gen
96-95 have the older style burly/glass headlights
97-99 tails are red at top and orange at bottom







but none of that should matter, since hte starter should be the same...

 

Thanks. I looked on Napapnline and the part number from 96 to 2001 are the same.
