Honestly, that's what my friends are telling me too...$12k or walk.
It just seems pretty difficult to get them to drop $2k on a car that edmunds, kbb, nada have closer to $14500. It's rare too...finding a good 5spd in Cleveland is like hitting the lottery.

42,800 on my 99 gxe=) bought a couple months ago with 38k from dealer for about 11k bucks. i think i got a good deal.
Before this car, i had a 89 mercury grand marquis that i bought off this really old guy, it only had 23k miles on it!!! v8 and red leather too =)

i dont think the price is that bad. $13,500 is a good deal. close to what i paid for my car on august 13th. if u wanna compare that price to what i paid for my max then its a fair price.

i hope that helps you make your decision, i still say that 13k for that 5spd is a steal, 13500 is good deal and 14k is maximum price.
if u have found another black on black 5 spd with higher miles, then i suggest u go for that one. trust me on this suggestion.

I don't expect to go higher than $12500.
It's a sweet car, low miles, 5-speed, loaded, and rare, but it's "outdated" and nearly 5yrs old.
