got into an accident.. have a couple questions

happy new year everyone..
before christmas i got into a small accident where my front right bumper and sidemarker got crushed in. it was at a low speed, approx. 5-10 mph. besides the bumper, the hood is slightly off center.

i have a couple questions.. if i were to order a bumper online and have a shop replace and paint it, as well as fix the alignment of the hood, about how much should i expect to pay for each? thanks for any help.

$100-200 for the bumper $150 to get it painted and I don't know how bad your hood is so I can't tell, it might be an easy fix or it might be whole new hood and repaint it deal.

when ordering the bumper online, shipping and handling might be as much as the bumper...so you might consider asking the shop how much they can get a bumper for...might be cheaper...

painting the bumper should be around 150 i guess...alligning the hood might prove to be a problem...depends on how bad it is...go get a free estimate...sorry to hear about the accident...

You'll also need the new Diamond cut side markers to replace the broken ones... I just went through a $2400 job... Dented Door, Replaced Hood and fender and paint... pearl White... Im broke for a minute

i ordered my rear bumper reinforcement for 50+6$ shipping. OEM. shipping is cheap there. Also i went the cheap way(let the body shop get hte bumper) and the rear bumper doesn't fit quite like it should. Spend the littel extra $ and get oem. Or you can try these people, i hear they are good but i don't have them in my area.

the hood is off about half a centimeter. i doubt this would require getting a whole new hood.. what do you think would be a ballpark price for me to align it up?

my hood and passenger side fender is out of alignment as well....i am pretty sure the car was in an accident on that side...I asked a local shop how much to align everything correectly, they quoted 500 at most....no paint required.

wow, thats a lot for just some small gaps in the seams. Don't even need to replace and parts. But that was an At Most number so hopefully it wouldn't be near that high.
