#194 for the dash

i want blue bulbs that will illuminate the whole dash. not like the damn led bulbs i put in today that only illuminate the spot where they are. i bought blue colored bulbs off ebay, but they are white. now i got these leds, and they are very blue, but only in a small spot. i want the whole dash blue!!! anyone got a link or a place where my dash dreams can come true?

You need to get a led with a very wide angle. Like over 45 degrees.

just get blue blubs.... not hyper white. hyperwhite have a blue coating on them, but when they are powered, they are white with a tinge of blue. you can also try the wind angle leds tha kevlo was talking about, but i am not sure how good they would look in the dash.

yea...little too purple.

If you want to run 194s, my kragen (dont know about all) sells blue 194s. they wouldnt be as bright as hyperwhites, but would look a lot more blue.

Hey, leave my button alone. you can ask anyone on this board that has done this mod, and they all have the same problem with the "temp" button. and what does my buttons have to do with the subject? just needed something to pick on me for because i didn't like you gauges?

I have blue bulbs from autozone, they are very dark blue when you first buy them. Now they are starting to fade and are giving me a blueish white.

Yeah, I put some blue 194 bulbs from pepboys, they're like light blue/green compared to my blue window switches.

What is Kragen? is it a store or what, anyone got a link.

I need darker blue lights ASAP!
