slow seat belt retractors

for the last couple weeks my seat belt retractors have been kinda retarded

can anyone quickly describe a way i could lube them up or somethen.

I think the cold may be affecting them too, considering it reached -4* last nite.

thanks

If you cant view it, its because theres crap built up between the seat belt and the over hang piece where it slides on, just get some alcohol and a cloth and maybe screwdriver and scrape it off
