lol thats one bad thing about the feature, ive had it snowing outside, and my g/f and i will be fooling around, the key gets held, and bam 3'' of snow on my seats... oh well at least i have leather
but yeah guys, all a joke, the only thing the key fob does is roll em down, and helloiamphil, i dont know why yours does that, but in all seriousness my sunroof stays open if i leave it open... I don't know whats different about your car

when you are putting ur sun roof all the way back do you gotta hold it or can you just tap it once and does it do it on its own?...mines automatic like that, but yea it just closes by itself when the key is taken out...its annoying...thanks anyways...

I think it's pretty lame that you can't roll 'em back up with the fob. On my C230 you can roll down all four windows, open the sun roof, unlock the driver door and disable the alarm by holding down the unlock button on the fob... then hold the lock button and roll 'em all up, close the sunroof and set the alarm.
Ah well. Maybe someone will make a mod that'll do this too. At least my Max is faster
