It finally happened....
Pulled the CEL today and it was a Misfire. Didnt tell me which bank, but I knew it has to do with the coil packs. Felt it from day one and knew it was something wrong. How long do I have until it can cause damage? Ive noticed it much worse lately, sitting at a stoplight and it'll knock/jerk enough where I have to throw it in neutral so it will stop. Looks like a new project for me to test all the coilpacks by hand, thanks nissan.

i havent gotten a CEL that has stayed lit yet, but i know one day I will...... thank you ignition coils!!
the only time I got a CEL is when the car was misfiring badly due to coils, and the CEL started to flash, i was right by an advance auto parts so I pulled in to get the codes read, and when I came back out and re-started the car it ran like a champ.. no misfiring or anything... I tested the coil packs using an ohm meter and found 2 of them to have 'suspicious' readings... 1.88ohms on one, and 1.53ohms on the other...
i guess until then I will deal with the bumping... unless it gets really bad.
