i really really really babied the steps this time on the how2 write up.. but yeah. **** happens..
PLEASE use common sense with the double sided tape.. and use the 3m SCOTCH brand thin tape instead of the thick 3m POSTER board double sided tape.. oiye!

cheston...
you should seriously consider suggesting hot lgue instead of the double sided tape. all the tape does is add thickness and everyone using the tape has had problems. Hot glue on the edges will hold down the gauges fine, is really easy, won't add thickness, and best of all can come apart easily in case you wanna take off the gauges. A few people have used the hot glue and not one has had problems.
something to think about.

i likek suck at installs, ( ask cheston ) but everything worked out great...i have had no problems with my gauges...
nothing get stucks...but the only thing that bothers me a little is that they didn't put in the 1/2 markers on the temp gauge and the gas gauge...but other why's...it's all good...

Okay...
since so many people are having fun with the hot glue... let me ask a couple of questions cause I thought I had mine all figured out, but the needles are starting to get stuck again.
How about the center where the needle is? I can understand glueing down the little tabs and such, but the needle is still rubbing up against the indiglos.
The thing is, I have a 95... so there are no holes to screw in the indiglos.
The just wasn't enough clearence for the needle on the tach so I took off the needle and took of the stock gauge and put the indiglo tach down. And that works fine, except that I didn't recalibrate it right and it reads about 500 less than the actual rpms and there is no needle rest.
And my gas gauge got stuck cause I filled it up and the needle doesn't reach all the way to the top.

mine went fine. i did it really slow. i also put tape in the middle near the needles so that it would not buldge up in there. and it looks really good now. there is a tick mark that is missing so make sure that you use a magic marker to fill it in. and be sure to use the thin double sided scotch tape then you should have no problem of sticking needles.
thanks cheston for the nice detail install instruction
