This Dam Check Engine Light Keeps Popping Up. Retrieved Codes And Recieved 0307 Closed Loop Connection, And 0509 Which Is Undefined. The Throtle Response Seems To Be Slow And Feels Like It Is Stressing To Get Air. 96 Max W/ Cai. Help Anyone

Diagnostic Trouble Code 0307 points to a problem with the Engine Control Module Closed Loop Logic for the Left Bank. The left cylinder bank is also called the front bank. It is cylinders 2,4,6.

DTC 0307 is detected when the closed loop control function for the left bank does not operate even when the vehicle conditions meet the criteria (engine at normal operating temperature, etc.). Possible causes include ...
- Harness or connectors (The sensor circuit is open or shorted.)
- a defective Front Heated Oxygen Sensor sensing element.
- a defective Front Heated Oxygen Sensor heater.

 

Could It Be A Promblem With The Plugs? Or With The Ks? Those Are The Only 2 Repairs I Have Messed With. Or Is It Just That I Need A New Front O2 Sensor.

 

I would say you need a new O2 sensor.

 

Is There Any Way To Check The O2 Sensor To Test It? That Is The Raditor Side? Does It Matter If It Is A Bosch Replacement Or Should I Go With Denso Or Ntk(ngk)? Where Is It?
