I can not retract the power antenna when I turn off the radio.
Could you please give me some suggestion on this problem?

You'll need to give some additional information.

Does the antenna motot appear to be operating when you turn off the car? If it is not making any noise, then the antenna motor could be bad or the wiring leading to the antenna. If it is making noise, then the likely culprit would be a broken antenna mast (or more precisely, the plastic piece inside the antenna that the motor drives).

It is also possible that the antenna mast got bent and the kink is causing the antenna to jam as it tries to retract.
