Front end noise?

I have been hearing a groaning noise from the front of the car when i back up it also made the noise today when i was in first at about 2000 rpms and let off the gas and the front end bounces a little what could it be i looked at the brakes the other day and they look ok
anyone have this problem? any ideas? maybe something needs to be lubed?
its a 99 se with 10,000 miles
just wanted some input before i take to

im thinking it is something with the
suspension, motor mounts or the brakes
