i seen a g35 sedan, instead of infiniti on the back it said skyline, and the corner said 350gt and the otherside said v6 or something, im not sure but i think that was my first sighting of a skyline in america, i dont know if it was a swapped trunk or not but the car did look a little different then the regular g35 sedan, also it was being tailgated by a chevy suburban and they both had dealer tags on em, i later saw the suburban pulling into the local nissan/ infiniti dealership. not saying it was a skyline or a rebadged g35 just that i saw something different, and i liked it. quite possibly why most people do things like that to their car, because they like it.

 

Look fellas, I saw a 5L GT Stang with an SE-R badge on the hatch. Yes it looked funny but hey, if he wants it there then so be it. Also a Max is a Max. It doesn’t matter if its and SE or SE-L. They are both the same great car, except for a few options. The red is an amazing color though. If you like shaving off everything and making the car sleek then that’s cool too. I do draw the line however when I see a bobble civic with 3 damn spoilers though…. kinda looks like a shopping cart.

Dude stop what??? Last time I checked at the dealership they don't sell skylines here... So you're saying that it's okay to put a "SKYLINE" badge on a G35 but it's not ok to put an SE-L badge on an SE??? If so then you just proved my point...

I could care less who puts what badges on what car but it's funny how you think it's okay to do one thing (because you think it's cool) and it's not okay to do another....

There's 3 R32's, 1 R33, and 4 R34's here in Seattle. They aren't THAT rare. Motorex imports them.

 

...The thing is that a American G35 coupe is the SAME car as the Skyline 350GT in Europe or Japan so it's the same car, there aren't difference between those two cars. It's a bit like in Japan, there's no honduhs and its only acuras, acura civic... It's only different names for the same car.

funny......my max doesnt have any badges whatsoeever.......well...it says MAXIMA.....guess thats good enough

Dude wtf I've been one of the people to say it doesnt matter if there's an SE-L badge on an SE. If you would have taken the time to read any of the posts in here you would have noticed that, instead you make yourself look like a childish moron...congratulations.

 

That isn't a Skyline if it's left hand drive...plus it still has the Infiniti badge. It's just a rebadged G35.

Exactly...except for the Honda thing you got it the wrong way...There is no Acura in Asia, only Honda. So it is the Honda Integra not the Acura Integra, and so on.

If you put a badge onto a car and it doesnt belong, then ppl will notice and crap on your car. I saw a GS300 w/the emblem one week, then all of a sudden it switched out to a GS430 the next week...


...then yesterday i saw a crooked "GLE" sign on the back of a Max w/hubcaps and chrome door handles. Guess he wasn't feeling the GXE-L?
