i can not tighten my throtle cables. its as if the cables are too long. when i go to turn the 2 nuts, there is no more space to turn them, they are at the end. do i need to take the cable off the TB and cut it and then re-attach it to make it shorter or what? thanks.

 

Bend the plate back that holds the 2 nuts. That will make hte cables tighter since you ran out of room.
