Getting SMOG check this week - any advice?

I bought my '95 GXE last year and this is the first time I have to take it in for the California emissions process. Considering the condition of the vehicle (a mere 90K miles) I expect it will probably pass. However, if anyone has any tips for improving the chances, I'd like to know...

For example, I heard once that you get the best results if you bring the car in with 1/2 tank of gas (or less) and if you are running 87 octane fuel when you bring it in (as opposed to premium, which I normally use).

drive the car alot right before you take it in to get your engine and cat converter up to opperating temperature and if the smog shop makes you wait in line, leave the car on to keep the temp up

Go buy 2 cans of SeaFoam (http://www.seafoamsales.com) and put one in your tank and fillup your tank to full. Depending on how much you drive, it should be half way or less in a couple of days when you go for your test.

Put half of the 2nd can into your oil and then drive the car and change the oil the next day or something.

For the remaining half of the 2nd can, let it get sucked in from the brake booster line. Disconnect the brake booster hose (more info in this thread http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=308576) and turn on your car. Pour some SeaFoam into a cup and let it get sucked in little by little. Do this until you use the rest of the can. After you let it get sucked it, let it sit for like 30 minutes and then connect the hose again. Turn on your car and watch all the smoke come out. Drive around and it'll stop smoking after like 10-15 minutes. Do this now so the SeaFoam will be completely out of your car in a day or two.

Another thing, go when the testing people are about to close. They usually want to leave

There's a product called Guaranteed to Pass. Buy that and follow the instructions on it. It let our 93 Taurus pass. I don't know how that crap passed, but it did.
