Aftermarket MAF?

During a recent tranny swap, my Maxima also acquired another little querk. Due to overoiling my K&N Filter (used to loading it up from the CAI in my Accord) my car will not start (only if lucky) and is running a little rich. Pulling codes I found it was the P100 code (MAF Sensor) and was trying to figure out what to do about this.

What I'm looking for is would I benefit from an aftermarket MAF?
Do they make aftermarket MAF Sensors?
Can I clean/reuse my MAF?
Where can I buy a stock MAF cheap?

Thanks all.
BTW, no info in FAQ, I looked.

Take some rubbing alcahol and put some on the MAF sensor element.

Check the boost forum. Some people use a Z32 maf, but they're boosted.
