I found the how to on setting up the alarm to beep. I dont understand the schematics its hard to see it. Can any one simplify it or give me some advice before I do anything. Is it worth it?

I think the alarm beep is worth it…only if you mount the buzzer outside of the trunk, under the rear bumper. This way, you will actually be able to hear it.

Anyway, it is really simple to set up. The buzzer comes with two wires out of it, a black wire and a red wire. You tie one wire into the orange wire and you tie the other wire on the orange/green wire. You do NOT need the relay. Just hook it up as the directions say, but with no relay. Also, make the wires long enough so that you can run the buzzer through the hole in your trunk, to your rear bumper.

I can’t remember which wire went to which color (just check a few days back, there is another post about this somewhere).

If you need I can take mine apart and tell you which wire hooks to which…
