first axel replacement

ok i just replaced my first axel today following the directions on motorvate and if anyone is hesitant about doing this themselves don't be, it took me about an hour to do and when i got the right tools it really was easy. The shop wanted $220 to install a remanufactured axel and i got one for $60 so i saved about $160 if i ever have to do it again i could do it in 30 minutes easily and the only other thing i've done to my car is change the oil. pretty sure i did it right too i guess well know when i go on my 3 hr one way trip tomorow. wish me luck

good job man. any way you can get yourself into the DIY mindset is great. huge savings of money and pride of doing the job YOURSELF is great for everyone.
