***Urgent, how to get belt off, help

I got the drive belt off, I think the other belt is the power steering belt?
its the one that wraps in behind the other belt.

do I have to loosen one of the pullies, or is there an adjuster screw for this belt or what?

can anyone steer me in the right direction?

There is an excellent writeup w/ pics here:

I did this yesterday and used the pics to guide me. It's actually quite easy, there is a hold-down bolt that you access from the top of the engine, that when loosened, allows you to screw IN (as in tighten) a bolt from below that moves the PS pump and lets you get the belt off. Then you just slip the new belt over the pulleys and screw that bolt back out to move the ps pump back. The more you unscrew that bolt the more tension you'll get (i.e., there isn't any automatic tensioner here). When you get the belt as tight as you want it, get back up top and screw the hold down bolt back in and yer done.
