Problem solved: Cars running great!
Thanks for all who helped with hints and ideas/or possible causes etc. the problem was that the car would run real rich. well i also had to change the heater core at the same time as the motor, cause that aws totally gone. the anti-freeze that leaked into the car ran down the wiring harness and leaked all over the ECU. the ECU started to literally in a 1 week period rust and rot. anti freeze must have gott'in into it and boom. short circuit, and the car must have ran rich cause the ecu might have not been able to control the way the engine operates.
Well also during this process threw in a new engine. 16k on it, my old one was 231k so hopefuly i'll boost it or juice it this year anyone know a place that will make the turbo piping for relatively cheaper then the ones PFI sells?

Where did you get your 16k engine and may I ask how much??
In response to your question... the best bet is to buy a bunch of U bends of whatever diameter piping you're planning on running. You should be able to find pics of other setups to get an idea of the path and figure out where the pipes will need to be cut. Then get the joints and strap-downs, take the pipes to just about any automotive mechanic who should be able to make the cuts where you need, cut the pipes, put the setup together and check for boost leaks.
That is the general solution but there are webpages out there that explain in detail how to make your own intercooler piping. Just google it .

my 16k motor came outta a 95 Maxima auto. i had to swap a few parts from the auto to my manual. the engine came from a salvadge yard in Meriden ,CT. its liek a junkyard, but the guy uses those cars for cars he repairs from accidents, and /or parts to sell or for otehr repairs. he said hes got 14 maximas. ranging from 16k like mine to 180k. he had a 32k motor. my motor was still in car, so i saw the true mileage. also some are already out the car. gotta ask. the name of the place was something lik JC recylcling. not possitive i'll have to check.
and i paid $750
as for the piping i can cut it myself, and also weld. in that case i'll just get it heat coated then? but i don't know if i would be able ot make it myself. no expierence. but thanks for replies guys.
