A couple of my friend's have audis (A4&S4). One friend has an s4 I took it against the maxima well you can imagine who won. The s4 is friggen fast. If the modding bug eva lets go of my wallet, I could really consider about getting one of these.
Oh man, S4's all the way!!!

S4 is such a beast. My sister's boyfriend owns an A6. He needed something replaced once so he left it at this audi mechanic who happens to be his friend. Anyway, for the time being, he gave him a replacement car which was a 2002 S4.

OMG! It only had two things done to it, which BTW are 2 most important mods:

1) It was chipped (higher boost, etc.)

2) Suspension upgrade (don't know which one)

That thing was a killer. I know stock for stock an S4 is a little slower than an M3, but not this one. I raced my friends 02 M3 6-spd and had him by 3 car-lengths at 60 mph. I should mention that the S4 was also a 6-spd.

Anyway, I got kind of off-topic, but I must admit that an Audi like the S4 is without doubt a bad a$$ car. I too was and still am considering one, soon.

Kinger402,
My post is not missleading! When I raced my friend there was no nitrous being used. And yes, without the nitrous & the mod's that I have done to the Max I am probably making around 165whp on a dyno. There is nothing unreasonable about those numbers.
And as far as me making a post about my Maxima getting spanked by my Jetta it is absolutly 100% true. No BS here! If you read the tread it was how would a Max do against a 24v VR-6 or 12v VR-6. I wrote to the gentleman who was asking the question & I told him what I have first hand knowledge of since I own both a Jetta & a Maxima.
There is nothing false about my post in either one of these threads.
