love them! i would've bought 18s but those were on my previous car (1995 chevrolet cavalier) i knew i wanted a max and i knew those had both bolt patterns on but i didnt want to put 18s on a cavalier because even on 17s for a single summer i screwed the front right wheel bearing heh (on the cavalier) no probs on the max she can handle it 
I have a nice deal on 2004 set of 18s (5 rims) with tires under 2k miles on it for 2000 (canadian) i'd have to check this out

**I finally got some of those splash guards that I was asking you about forever ago. ha ha. I am just leaving them black for now, but may paint them red eventually. I will have pics up soon. (I just bought a digital camera, but have to find time to upload them at work...I don't have a usb port on my computer. ha ha)

Thanks alot. Good deal on the splash gaurds. Im keeping mine on till i get a kit hopefully. Dammit, i thought i was done modding and was selling the max!!!!! This modding bug is a lil too addicting...

No, no real rubbing issues. However, if i carry 4 people in my car i do have some rear tucking issues which *might* cause some rubbing, depending how heavy the occupants are.
Also, there should be no rubbing issues are far as turning and such since im running on a 38mm offset.

Dont hold your breath on those 9.5s fitting man. Thats a wiiiiiiiiiiiide a$$ rim. Its really not worth getting staggered rims on a FWD car...
