Altenator Squeal

Altenator Squeal
When my engine is cold, the altenator is squealing (not the rubber belt sound). After 5-10 minutes and the engine is warm, it doesn't make any noise at all. Any thoughts on what I should do? Pull the alternator and 'clean it'?
