yesterday I get in my car ( 99 max SE ) and my climate control display is showing some of the symbols even though it is turned off. Some of the symbols were not complete though just portions of them. Now last night when I had to turn my lights on the light for the defrost and one of the other buttons were lit up. When I turn the heat or a/c on it works but the display does not change? Has anyone seen this problem?

 

Josh my automatic climated control has an led blown out. The buttons on the left side went out, so I took the whole unit out and took it apart. I just ordered new LED's which come with the socket. Pretty easy fix, if thats whats wrong with yours.

 

It sounds like your screen is messed up.

that probably wont help you but its a neat trick anyways, i would try pulling the fuse to reset it.
