bumper re-wire question

bumper re-wire question

yeah i know this is a nub thread but i need help on doing this mod...now for this write up

is a good one, but i have the stock harness for the bumper and i am not going to buy new 1157 socket, for those of you who have done this mod can let me know how u did it?, i'm at it right now and uhhhh i'm stuck....

you must buy a new 1157 socket...or else you lose the turn signal. What i did was go to the junkyard and bought an 1157 socket from a sentra ( you can get 1 from any nissan, just make sure it fits correctly in the corner). Then follow the directions from there. Your only other option is drilling a hole in the corner and adding a small 194 bulb.

Help a noob here im trying to do this also and cant figure it out. I have a pair of stock nissan 1157 sockets with bulbs im just stuck on the wiring part.

Ok im gonna try this one more time. I have two 1157 sockets with bulbs from a stock maxima taillight. What im trying to accomplish is to have the front bumper lens/light on with the parking/headlights, and the side bumper lens/light to blink along with the front bumper lens/light when the turn signal is on. If anyone can help a noob out with the wiring and colors if possible id greatly appreciate it. This is on a 1998 SE ... Tia!
