Which lights flicker - if its the battery and brake light - it means your alternator is on its way out.

All the dash lights? Does the same problem occur if your headlights are on without the fog lights? Do the headlights dim momentarily as well (you might need to do this facing a wall at night)? How about if only the parking lights are on?

get your alternator tested, also check if your battery is going bad, alternator might be trying to overcharge it. when i had my accord, if the battery terminal came loose, the lgiths could flicker and the gauge needles would stop working momentarily, i never figured it out til i played witht he terminal, same effect might happen with a dying battery. just a thought

I think the odometer is backlit even when all of the lights are off. With all high load devices off (all lights, wipers, climate control and fan), does the odometer dim momentarily when you apply the brakes? In other words, the load of the brake lights is causing a momentary dip?

Bump. I was just trying to help you isolate the problem. Anyone?

From what Ive read from previous posts, and with my Max I think this might be a grounding problem. Im going to be in the process of buying a grounding kit really soon. I have a 1 fariad capacitator for my stereo, it helps but it still dims the lights when you really pound it. Ive read that quite a few people have had sucess with adding a grounding kit so spread out teh grounding points for your car. As soon as I get one and install it I will let ya know.
