"These are made in Japan "

That there tells you its El-Crapo. Majority of kits made in japan get the big thumbs down.

a decent plug and play kit costs nearing 400-500. search a couple pages back and read a couple of the HID threads.

hidplanet.com

oh yeah, 4th gens take 9004, but anything over 6000k has a lot of unusable light

u can get 6000k too, but i just figured most people would want the big boys.

from what ive read about the kit above is all good, and its waterproof, there is a vid of them sticking it in a fish tank with the bulb on and it worked fine.

they might not be the best, but you'll probably get your money out of them.

my friend is going to buy them, ill wait untill he does and get a vid or sumthin.

im not gonna argue in another hid thread, but just be sure you can get replacement parts in case something goes bad.

good luck w/the kit.

Why do you guys want such a high color temperature? The nicest kit ive seen on a 4th gen max is a Philips/Osram 4300k kit.
