well i had a lil break from the forum for being a bad boy. and i would like to take the time to apologize for my actions w.e i guess i went a lil crazy but w.e **** happens..sorry it wont happen again...ANYWAYS

1.well my fan died on me a while back and went to go buy a new motor for a single fan $160 oem,ha!, so i looked around and came up on 2 Marayne hi-speed fans for $200 plus shipping...which is pretty much a steal considering i get 2 new fans...they blow about 2-3 times harder then stock. when both fans are on and they sound nice ,"high classy", like fans out of bens or bmw. there spoose to be zipped tied to the radiator, but that looks cheap so i just yanked the fan assembly, cut them out and put these in, change the plugs and i was good to go.perfect fit, sorry about the pic qualty but i cant find my digi and all i got in a pcs camera in hand at the moment



2. my brakes have been dead since day i got my car stock, a year and 2 months. i went with powerslots/hawk pads/goodridge ss lines. all i can say is why dont these just come stock on every car? stopping power is mind blowing! there pretty clean on brake dust compared to my old ones(stock pads and rotors) i dont hear any noises or "thumps" under normall and hard braking..only when light light light pressure is applied u can hear the the slots scrapping across the pad

3. 2 days after i spend the 800+ on installs.bleeding.painting...im comin home from school and stop at a light..i press the gas and my rpms start goin crazy..bouncin from 0 to 2000 and everything in between..i kept driving and stalled out ..mind you i own an auto. so im sittin my my car crusing the hell out of it and *****ing about how i just wasted all this money on new brakes for my motor to **** on me like this..i smoke some menthol to clam my *** down and start it back up and drive it to the stealership...have my codes pull to find out my MAF is D-E-D dead! the guy tells me its $466 for the part alone plus install plus $81 for gettin the codes pulled..i poped the hood and begin tellin the tech how i jus spent 800+ 2 days ago on brakes...we talk some more **** about my ground wires and he jus tells me he'll do the whole thing for 400 bux no questions asked ...I dont know what happened next ...all i know is i got a new MAF behind the Injen tag..now i know why its called the "Stealer"ship first hand...thanks Nissan!!!!!(for the record I did NOT steal the part and do not promote stealing in any way shape or forum.VERY BAD!)


well that concludes my 3 week adventure...did i miss anything ?

 

Sounds like bad Karma J/K Sorry to hear you had to go through all this sh$t, look on the bright side,at least you didn't have to pay full price on the MAF.

btw, you should have just ordered the MAF from courtesy and put it in yourself...

 

yea i almost broke my MAF installing my CAI, luckily i saved it i priced one at 472 bucks from the stealer.

Don't think he could have a got a brand new MAF for less than 400 - so he actually got a better deal than if he had done it himeself.

 

$400 for a maf you got ripped off. junk yard $100 and installs in 2secs.

 

goin to a junk yard and paying 100 dollars runs the risk of buying a piece of JUNK...if u do the math the dealership would of charged me 466+81+install lets say 50 maybe more =$597

i paid 400 for a whole computer scan..clyinder test..and w.e else he showed me..got a brand new part of the box..fluids topped off..and on top of that had them install it...400 flat...so u tell me how am i getting ripped off?
