Is the replacement part bolted in or do you have to cut the old section out & weld in the new one?

the factory one is bolted in AND welded, so I have to cut out the part, and bolt it on. I'm gonna just bolt it on long enough for a shop to come and weld it for me.

nevermind i found the part#: 62500-40U00

it retails for $334, so you can probably find it cheaper somewhere else.

what brand of anti-rust spray would you guys recommend? or an example of a good one. I'd have to go check my car and hopefully it won't be too late.
