Go with McGard, lifetime rust-free guarantee and you can get a set of matching locks while you're at it. Your lugs are stripped? That is very odd. In every case I've dealt with or heard the stud strips before the lug. You might want to check that out. In any case, that is very unsafe if more than one lug per wheel is stripped.
Remove the lug. You should be able to see if the thread is buggered up. If you don't know what a messed thread looks like swap a known good lug to that stud and see if it threads properly.
