ok, well here...

I am going to take this opportunity to formally announce my apology for defending my good friend JDM. I am not at all being sarcastic here, either. I hope everyone on this thread reads this too.

After reading over the last 3 pages again, i realized that this is a forum, with its main purpose to exchnage opinions and ideas. being a good friend of jdm from the same town with the exact same mod on my car, i agree with its, in my opinion, good looks.

the only thing i want to get into the open my lack of admiration for the actions (not the people) who wanted to just plain-faced bash the thread. Opinions are different that criticism.

again, i am very sorry, truthfully, for harrassing anyone, mainly BlueC. sorry man, sometimes we jsut need to remember that we all share the same enthusiasm with the same car. no hard feelings?

also, my comment about the stillen kits was out of line. they are good looking kits, i just think they are overused. finally, to TC a maxima, you better be racing it....

Those are 95-96 headlights, you can tell because they're not completely clear like the 97-99s, they have that kind of "wave pattern" in the center of the glass that distorts what's inside the housing a little.

I want to get some 97-99 headlights for this reason... They make the AE headlight mod looks so much better.

If it takes angel eyes for someone to see your car on the road, they shouldnt be driving. Thats what clearance lamps are designed for. Blue light coming off of a civilian car is illegal, you'll get written up for it, I see cops do it all the time. And if they truely are not blue in person, well, its just another clearance lamp. And if you say they help at night, its blocking the reflector inside the housing, im sure you see a big ring of missing light when you post up a beam pattern.

This is just an eye candy mod, it in no way helps visibility. Projectors on the other hand, is a great mod for improving visibility, it has saved me from hitting 3 deer so far.

Yes I have one bi-xenon projector set from a bmw, and one from a mercedes. I'll admit that, but It was installed the way it should be. Im not putting in ricey 8000k bulbs inside, im using the factory bulbs. Angel eyes on a reflector housing is just pointless IMO. Thats what I said earlier. I give him props for doing it, thats an accomplishment, but dont start saying it helps visibilty, that just makes me mad.
i forgot wat i said about the angel eyes and them helping visibility. i just tried to state that any extra light coming from a car makes it more visible. thats it.

alright, if you look carefully, i didnt write that, it was BlueC. so before you accuse me of false quotations, OBSERVE.

and again, what is aid before still goes, sorry BlueC, we shouldnt have taken it that far.

For those who don't know what the term "rice" means:

From UrbanDictionary.com:

1. Rice

An automobile that has been equipped with gawdy, unnecessary accessories, such as 3' high spoilers, loud and/or repulsive paint job and body work. Owners of such automobiles feel that these accessories make their car the best in the world, when in fact it is not.

"That Prelude over there is nice, but this here Civic ain't nothin but a rice mobile."

Jackiss, you said that this all started because people were bashing on your friend? Look again... What happend was that two very respected members voiced their opinions, and your friend shot back with personal insults! Now not only is that rude, its grounds for being banned from the org. If anybody bashed, it was your friend...

I'd have to say that the grille mesh inserts above and below the horizontal bar that runs thru the grille are DEF growing on me.

I don't care if it's ricey or not!! I like it!!!
