The silver thing in the middle with 2 hoses and one electrical connector.

It has a hose connect to what I believe the the PCV (The black round thing right inder the FSTB to the right of the throttle cables),and a hose connected to the IM right after the TB and right before the IAC. It is not bolted down, it just sits there. The hose going to the IM was spliced for the vacuum for my MEVI. That's the best description I can give, please help me out.

That is the EVAP solenoid. What your calling the PCV valve is the evap part of the evap system as well. The reason that it is not bolted down is because the evap system for the maxima in other markets is either else where or non-existant. For example, the I30 evap system is not on top of the manifold like the maxima's is. So an I30 manifiold or an MEVI will not have a place to bolt it to so it just has to lay there.

Or make a nice braket like I did and Use one of the other holes in the manifold, bring the braket accross and bolt the EVAP selenoid to the braket

First I used large tydowns but that didnt work and then I tried Wire....the braket is a good idea
