CD Changer Integration ?

Anyone installed a CD that integrates with the factory BOSE system (supposedly) like this type:

The spec's seem to indicate that it blends with the factory electronics, but I'm wondering how smooth the control integration is... and if it blends with the factory BOSE unit ?
