Problem with Fan. Killing Battery

For some odd reason my fan will not turn off after the engine is off. I know sometimes the fan kicks in to cool the engine, but lately it'll run all through the night and in the morning my battery is DEAD! So far I have no CEL so I'm guessing it's an electrical problem. Has this happen to anyone here? if so what did you do to fix it?
