Ok the answer is nobody prolly has because it would be impossible to keep them clean even though it might look good are you willing to take you rims off once a week to clean all that up?? Go with metallic gold if you have the gold emblems and toss on a gold pinstripe, it looks hot as hell. I painted my rotors too and i get lots of good comments all the time!

Did you look for the paint they use to paint engine blocks or BBQ grills? Those items see higher temperature than patio furniture.

heheh
That is nice... I've been waiting to paint mine but haven't had the chance and weather has been really messed up lately with all the rain. My car is dark metallic blue, I was thinking light blue, but this color is nice! I am thinking, will I have to clean the calipers every other day off the brake dust like I do with my rims?

heat resistant paint
If you go to Home Depot, you'll find they have a pretty large array of spray paints. There's a section devoted to high heat tolerant paint. They have black, aluminum, beige and white, as well as a few others. This would definitely work well on brake calipers.
There's also a "hammered metal" effect paint that looks pretty cool, but I'd put that on something like the valve cover trim.

Engine Enamel
Go to a larger Auto Parts store and look for Dupli-Coat Engine Enamel. they have almost every color and it's 500 degree paint and it's very good. I used it for everything on my car. Calipers, rotors, Nissan plug cover, FSTB ends, Springs, and a few other odds and ends.
