Those things are so stiff, it's hard to tell the difference when you adjust them. I use 1 in the front and 4 in the rears (when I had the rears in).

2 in front 4 in back (H&R springs). I remember driving home on a bumpy city road after autocrossing. I had left it on the hardest setting front and rear...Boy did it jar the car until I pulled over to change the settings!

I'm trying to decide between 3/6 and 2/6.

But I wont settle on anything until I get new tires next week.

Not everyone will run the exact springs, tires, bushings etc. There are differences in the factory rear suspension between model trims you're probably not aware of. Also weather will change the viscosity in the dampers fluid so what may be feel good in LA will ride like **** in the northeast. You have to play with those settings and drive around until you determine whats the best compromise of ride and handling for yourself.

I have KYB AGX + Progress springs and Motivational rear shock mounts (like what mzmtg is selling). Stock Hondas generally have smooth rides and good handling and usually rely on relatively soft springs coupled with firm dampening for their suspension setup and I tried to mimick that by keeping my AGX settings stiff since aftermarket lowering springs are much stiffer than stock springs. I started with 3F/6R, 4F/8R, went back to 2F/4R etc etc etc and found that 3F/6R was the best compromise for me.

that's what i've been deciding on. when i first got my agx's i set them at 3/6. after a couple of months i switched them to 4/8 (canyon run with socal guys) but when i went to change them back, i set them at 2/6 and the ride is definately more forgiving when i go over bumps... my dilemma is that sometimes it's a little too forgiving and i bounce. ah well, i'll experiment some more this weekend.

4 on the front is way to stiff for pure performance. It gets bouncy. Kinda like wheelhop except while turning hard. The suspension binds up on slight road imperfections and pushes the car up caust loss of nearly all traction for a moment but then it comes back down and you are left gripping the wheel. I run 3/7 at all times.
