Dilemma

i got issues.....my buddy has some wheels he will sell me stupid cheap....and they would look real good on the maxima....the problem is they are AUDI bolt pattern 5x112mm my question is would it be possible to drill out the holes to fit our lugs or should i keep shopping

in theory it sound like it would work, but how would you know you've drilled out 2.5mm?

once again in theory if you could drill off 2.5mm they would fit, I dont know what other possible issues could asise if any from doing so.

measuringt he 2.5mm isnt a problem saftery is my main concern

what like if it will be less stable if you did so?

or that is might crack or be less stable under stress?

dont do it german and japanes bolt patterns are different so dont even attempt any modification unless yu gonna change yur entire hub assaembly

as long as their torqued down properly they shouldnt come lose, if they would then whats to stop them from comming lose now before you do andy drilling?

you should be alright, your drilling 2.5mm thats a very small amount of metal shaved off, I would say you should be fine. . .

. . . but once again you'll be fine in theory. Dont know what to say, go with you gut on this one.

also remember german lug nuts have the bolts all in one japanese the botls are on the hub
