SuperbrightLeds.Com Bulbs didnt work. Need Help

I bought two amber 1156 and two amber 194 Bulbs for my clear bumper lens. I pluged them in and none of them worked. I emailed the company and was told that the sockets could be wired with reverse polarity, which usually doesnt matter with incandecent bulbs, but does with LED bulbs. Is this true are our sockets reverse polarity. And if so is there a way to rewire them to make these work. Thanks

our sockets are reversed... i had to swap the wiring at all 4 of my blinker sockets when i bought LED's from them. Did you buy load resistors as well for each blinker bulb? you will need them to keep the factory blinker speed. Do not cut anything off the bulbs as stated above...

hope that solves your problem...

Thanks ant. Yeah I might just send them back. Except that the sales guy at superbrightleds was kinda a d*ck to me. Im kind of upset with the lack of help and cooperation i received from them. Im not too electrically inclined.. So i wouldnt know how to get load resistors and sockets. Unless you would be so kind as to explain it to me.Thanks for the help guys..I didnt think it was as simple as putting the bulb in the other way b.c it doesnt seem to want to go in the other way

you need to cut it, so when you insert it back put, keep turning it until it feels loose.
