I am more than likely purchasing this intake within the next few months and I've been trying to figure out what the difference is between the Stage 2 and Stage 3 intake pictures they are posting up. They dont show any power differences between the two or any info at all on the Stage 3 intake. I'm starting to wonder if there is any Stage 3 intake. Or maybe its just the difference in the filters. Stage 2 being KandN and Stage 3 being Apexi. But if thats the case what the hell happened to Stage 1?? Real confused. Anyone with this intake like to chime in??

Lastly sometime during the summer I have to get a completely new Exhaust System front to back. Looked at the entire thing last week at the dealership and it is completely rusted and hanging. Only the front clip and rear clip are keeping this thing from falling off. I guess after 75K on a stock exhaust its time for a new one, however I will be the first one to shy away from loud mufflers. Any out there that would give some type of gain if any without all the noise?? I know that will be hard to find but any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!!

 

for the intake dont stress it, intake only add 1-2hp and the filter wont make much of a diffrance.

The frankencar exhaust looks awsome but it to expensive for a company with no reputaion like greddy or apexi....
I dont think many people on the forum have this exhaust

 

Well not just there exhaust, any exhaust in general. Sorry if the topic is misleading.

 

I'll be installing a warpspeed y-pipe and "quite" Cat-back ($275 shipped and cheaper than NAPA) in a few weeks. I already have a frankencar intake, so I'll post how it sounds when I'm done.

the Apexi WS is a Great muffler and its not loud. Has fairly nice power gain also.

I also heard that Frankencar is pretty bad with customer service, however you do get your product, about on average 3 weeks after you ordered. Is this true or am I missed informed.

 

LMAO...I don't know why I didn't notice this before...Check out the dynos (which are obviously from a 5th gen...) Look at the power throughout the rpms...before shows fairly smooth but after install it looks like it is all over the place.
