Molding bodykit?

so i was just wondering about molding my front lip to my bumper and i was wondering if anyone has done anythin like that. i wanted to repaint the lip and bumper and also mold them together so it would look like real nice i think lol . but the only thing is that i would have to cut like the sides of the body kit,the lip. cuz it jus wouldnt look right or would be impossible to mold that peice of the lip to the fender. does anyone know what i'm talking about? i wanted to cut the lip where that curve is on the lip corners right before the ends. anyway if anyone knows what im talking about and has seen it done let me know. thanks.

yeah me and my freind molded his body kit. Basically you need to go to home depot and pick up a couple of things first of try to find kitty hair fiberglass it is a special fiber glass that is laced with strands of polmers and strengthing material it is perfect for mnolding body kits becuase it can take alot of abuse adn wont crack come winter time. Your gonna need a variety of sand papers and if possible air sander with different wheels would make quick time of this project also get a load of primer in a can so you can se were the high and low spots are, also some bondo to make it smooth dont go crazy with it just to smooth out the work other wise it will crack come winter time due to heat and cold expansion and contraction. Thats basacilly what you need have fun and take your time.
