yo bro i have a flowmaster 40 series on my max with a 2.5in resonated bpipe from wsp and it sounds deep and a little raspy but i think that's due to the y pipe. Overall i am really happy with it because it's not too loud and after 3200 all u can hear is my cold air. Really depends what kind of sound ur going for. A greddy or apexi catback would sound a little more exotic but i think the flowmaster is just more raw...pm for any questions

bleh..... not worth it then.
Hate to jack the thread, but has anyone done Y/B-Pipe with stock muffler? I want the power without the noise. Wanna know if that setup sounds nice.

if you keel the stock muffler then it will retain the stock sound for the most part and you would only lose 1-2 hp max by keeping the stock muffler. thats definitly the way to go if you want to remain a sleeper.

Yes for sure sleeper I wanna look stock as possible except for suspension and wheels. Anyways thanks max prodigy and 4x4Max for the input. I don't mind a nice deep tone but not enough to catch attention from a mile away. Only loud enough so that people next to my I30 can hear it and not 3-4 cars down.
