Here's my problem.. I left my fogs on all day and drained my battery. I tried to jump it this morning. When i hooked up the cables both sets of blinkers came on solid and the car won't start. The starter doesn't even actuate...

Could this be a factory security system problem? Can anyone help me?!?!
