I've been through 2 HID kits (actually 3, all of them asian made) before I was finally happy with them. My 1st set ever was a 8000k kit from Freddy a whlie back. I ended up selling them because they were too blue and I got a ticket for it. The 2nd set was a used 6000k and I ended up selling that one. After that I bought a 6500k kit from Ange (RedLinemax.com) and was happy for a year until one of the starters gave out. Now I decided to do it right and bought only philips/hella components. A 4100k-4300k kit produces the greatest output of light and I still get a cool "blue/purple" effect that the 6000k+ owners strive for.

Im happy with my 4100k/4300k bulbs. I love looking at the reflection of my car at night in building windows. Compared to my foglights, they are very purple, but the good kind. Not to mention, the light output is amazing.

Hmm.. it's sexy. How difficult of a process is it to gut out the glass pieces of our headlight housings?

Armani,

Would you happen to know about the quality of the Xtec HID kit sold by Umnitza?
